Bringing bespoke choice to the pocket of every KBC customer
A core featured that was rolled out in a second phase during 2020 was the 'Bundle Builder', enabling the customer to build their custom selection of beer with ease. The user is alerted through an intuitive and brand-focussed minimalist UI as to which discounts were being applied to their order, and making it easy to complete a box within parameters set by KBC's business team for how a bundle should operate.
More choice, more sales, without more logistical headaches.
Customers now can easily build their custom 6, 12, 18 or 24 pack of beers, whilst average basket size has increased, and with no major logistic complexity increase for the KBC team based on the 'nudges' the bundle builder gives for creating boxes that fit the standard KBC box sizes.
Adapting to the curve.
As the global pandemic has continued to cause major demand predictability issues in the bar sector, Kyoto Brewing Co's B2C store has handled large spikes of activity with ease, including routinely selling out of new product lines in under 10 minutes of going on sale.
Throughout the years, we’ve developed a great partnership with Pixelcabin. This was especially evident when Corona brought our operation to our knees and we had to scramble to get a B2C website off the ground.
Founder, Kyoto Brewing Co
As part of the design process, Pixelcabin worked closely with the Kyoto Brewing Co. in-house team to help them reimagine their iconic bottles and cans as renders. The result has been a striking and memorable aesthetic for this forward-looking, sought-after beer producer.
